I thought I’d take a moment to share my story with you—because, well, I feel like it’s the perfect way to get to know me better, and what better way to start a fashion blog, right?
So, let’s rewind to 2009. I was only 11 years old when my family and I packed up and moved from Poland to Ireland. We settled in a small town called Longford, right in the middle of the country. If you’ve never heard of it, don’t worry—I hadn’t either before we moved there! It was a tiny town, and to be honest, it felt isolating. To make things worst I didn’t speak much English.
Making friends was hard, but somehow, I managed to find two incredible best friends. And let me tell you, those two girls were my lifeline. They helped me survive the next seven years of small-town life.
When it was time for college, I decided to move to Dublin, and wow, was that a change! The city was full of people from all over the world, and the opportunities were endless. I could finally breathe. People were more open, more willing to connect, and I felt like I could be myself. I decided to study business, even though I’ve always been a creative at heart. Art was my thing growing up—I loved drawing, painting, and everything artistic—but somehow, I didn’t think it could be a career. Plus, my mom was happy with the business route, so it seemed like a safe choice.
The next few years flew by. College was a whirlwind of fun, learning, and meeting so many new people. I made lifelong friendships and had the best time, but then came the unexpected. Just as I was wrapping up my degree, the world was hit by Covid. The next day, college announced they were shutting down and didn’t know when they’d open again. It felt surreal. The same thing happened at my part-time job at Zara—no work, no idea when we’d be back.
Everything changed in a blink of an eye. I packed up my stuff, said goodbye to Dublin, and headed back to Longford with my two best friends. We didn’t know when or if we’d ever return. I finished my degree online, no graduation, no big celebration—just a strange new reality.
But in the midst of this chaos, I discovered something unexpected. I needed to stay busy, so I applied for a job at a local boutique. They hired me as their social media specialist, but it didn’t take long before I became the main stylist. And let me tell you—this is where my passion for fashion really started to grow. I had customers from all over Ireland asking me to style them, and I was loving every second of it. The creativity, the people, the fashion—it felt like I had finally found my calling.
But after a few years of what felt like a cozy routine, something inside me said it was time for another change. I felt the itch for something new, something bigger. I was ready for a challenge, and I had a feeling that new opportunities were waiting for me—if only I was brave enough to open up to them. So, I packed my bags (again!) and made the bold decision to move to Asia. No return ticket. No plans.
And here I am now, living in Thailand, surrounded by new experiences, new cultures, and endless inspiration. This is when the idea for this blog came to life. My love for fashion has always been there, but now, I’m able to share it with the world from wherever I am. This blog is my way of combining my passions for fashion, creativity, and travel. It’s a place where I can help you discover your style, share what inspires me, and maybe even bring a little piece of my journey to you.
Thanks for being here and joining me on this adventure. Who knows what’s next, but I can’t wait to find out—and share it with you along the way!
